Fresh Wear currently ships within the United States.
2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT-6 Central Standard Time) on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT-6 Central Standard Time) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays; delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer.
Shipping Costs: Free shipping on all orders; no minimum purchase required.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.

5. Delivery Address Requirements

6. Undelivered and Lost Packages
- If the package status shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please:
1. Check the area around the delivery location (e.g., porch, mailbox, side door, etc.)
2. Ask neighbors or family members if they accepted the package on your behalf
3. Wait 24hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as "Delivered" prematurely
- If the package still cannot be located, please contact us at info@freshweary.com within 30 days of the delivery date.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- If the package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging (if applicable)
- Description of the issue (e.g., missing items, damaged items, etc.)
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund as soon as possible.
