This Refund and Return Policy applies to all orders placed on the official Fresh Wear website. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return and Refund Period
- You may request a return or refund within 30 business days of receiving your package.
- Return requests must be submitted within this 30-day window. Once a return request is approved, you have an additional 14 days to ship the item(s) back to us.
- Return requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
Items must meet all the following criteria to be eligible for return:
- The garment has not been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
- The item is free from stains, perfume scents, deodorant marks, makeup residue, pet hair, or any signs of use.
- All original tags remain intact and attached to the garment.
- The item is returned in its original packaging (including plastic bags, boxes, or dust bags, as applicable).
- Valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided.
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase
- Items purchased during flash sales or special promotional events (unless there is a quality issue)
- Gift cards
- Items that have been altered, customized, or personalized
- Items returned without prior authorization
3. Return Process
Step 1: Submit a Return Request
Please contact our customer service team at info@freshweary.com and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Item(s) to be returned
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if the item is defective or damaged)
Step 2: Obtain Return Authorization
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours. - Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label via email.
- Please do not ship items back without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Step 3: Shipping the Item Back
- Please pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Affix the prepaid return shipping label to the package.
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier's location.
Step 4: Refund Processing
- We will send you an email notification once we receive and inspect your return.
- After the inspection is complete, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items

- If the return is due to our error (incorrect item, product defect, or damage during transit), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label free of charge.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Fresh Wear is not responsible for packages lost in transit if the customer arranges and pays for their own return shipping.
5. Refund Details
- Full Refund: Applies to items returned within the return window that remain in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Partial Refund: If the returned item is not in its original condition (e.g., slight wear, missing packaging), we will determine whether to issue a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
- Refund Method: All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Processing Time: It takes 1-3 business days for Fresh Wear to process a refund; the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and typically requires an additional 5-7 business days.
6. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify this in your return request email.
- Exchanges are subject to current stock availability. If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
- Exchange items will be shipped via standard delivery at no extra cost.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- If the item you received is defective, damaged, or does not match the description, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the defect or damage
- A brief description of the issue
- Depending on your preference, we will offer the following options:
- Free shipment of a brand-new replacement item
- A full refund to your original payment method
- A partial refund if you choose to keep the slightly damaged item
8. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
1. Please double-check your bank or credit card statement.
2. Contact your bank or card issuer—it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
3. If you have completed the above steps and still have not received your refund, please email us at info@freshweary.com with your order number and the refund confirmation email.
9. Important Notes
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted and may be discarded or returned to the sender (at the sender's expense).
- Fresh Wear reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the return conditions stated above.
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration, or are missing tags, are not eligible for a refund.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
